Brisbane lawyer Ericson Tang pleaded guilty to charges of fraud and forgery resulting from an apparent sex addiction issue after he was found to have stolen $10,000 from a clients. Despite his conviction, a court has ruled that Tang will remain on the legal register and is not being struck off as a solicitor.
He avoided being struck off, presumably because the tribunal was too busy Googling “Can sex addiction really make you steal ten grand?”
