Asbestos Personal Injury Claimants File a Competing Plan of Reorganization in Grace Chapter 11 Proceeding

(NYSE:GRA) today disclosed that a proposed Plan of Reorganization was filed the evening of November 5, 2007 jointly by the Official Committee of Asbestos Personal Injury Claimants and David T. Austern, the Court appointed representative of Future Personal Injury Claimants in Grace’s Chapter 11 proceeding. Grace, the Official Committee of General Unsecured Creditors and the Official Committee of Equity Holders filed, as co-proponents, a proposed Plan of Reorganization in January 2005.
