With over 15 years of legal experience, I have managed hundreds of deals across diverse industries, including multi-million-dollar veterinary M&A transactions, joint ventures, and innovative business ventures. My career began with training at top global law firms, where I developed expertise in corporate law and M&A. Later, I expanded my practice through in-house counsel roles.
