Sydney and Wellington, November 28 2019 – Resolution Institute is delighted to announce the appointment of Amber Williams as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Amber succeeds long-standing Chief Executive Fiona Hollier in this role. The Board of Directors of Resolution Institute made the announcement, adding that Amber’s appointment followed an extensive search across Australia and New Zealand and a rigorous interview process.
An experienced executive with a diverse background in both the private and public sectors across numerous industries, Amber was most recently the Chief Executive Officer of the New South Wales Law Enforcement Conduct Commission, leading the implementation of that Agency. Prior to that Amber was Chief Human Resources Officer for the New South Wales Department of Justice.
Her responsibilities included the operational delivery of significant business projects, government reforms and workplace changes across the Justice Cluster of Agencies and providing high level advice and support to the Department Secretary and Ministers. Before joining the NSW Government, Amber held several roles within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry.
