Rebecca Dircks is an Associate in the Litigation Department of Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP in Chicago. She focuses her practice on toxic tort, product liability, complex, and commercial litigation. Rebecca has experience researching and drafting memoranda, motions, pleadings, and discovery, taking and defending depositions, and arguing dispositive and pre-trial motions.
Prior to joining Edwards Wildman, Rebecca practiced with at Johnson & Bell, focusing on product liability and transportation work. She also served as a Clinical Fellow at the Federal Appellate Clinic at the Northwestern University School of Law. During law school, she interned for Judge Virginia Kendall of the Northern District of Illinois and for the United States Attorney’s Office. She received her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law in 2009 and received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University.
