Clifford Chance has announced that Robert Ritchie has joined the firm’s Singapore team.
Robert, a specialist in the oil and gas and energy sectors, has been involved in all aspects of project work, including concession and joint venture arrangements; project and structured finance; commercial and trading transactions; mergers and acquisitions; insolvency, restructuring and distressed asset management; and contentious business.
