A rape allegation brought against Donald Trump has received a status conference hearing in December from a Federal Judge, Ronnie Abrams.

The claim relates to a “Jane Doe” claim filed by a complainant who alleges Trump raped her when she was 13 in the 1990 and has now received an amended complaint from a witness “Jane Doe”.

The allegations relate to the infamous pedofile Jeffrey Epstein, a friend of Bill Clinton’s and someone who has created major issues for both Epstein’s victims and for both high profile parties, Clinton and now Trump. His ‘parties’ also involved Britain’s Prince Andrew.

The allegations and court hearing follow the media storm that follows the release of the Trump video regarding his comments about women and repeated claims that his “locker room” talk was either something that renders him unfit to be president or is simply a snap of what he was like a decade ago.

However the rape allegation is a serious claim where the parties have used pseudonyms to protect their identities.

The Jane Doe declaration said: “In the 1994-95 school year, I was told by the plaintiff in Jane Doe v. Trump and Epstein (1:16-cv-04642, SDNY) that the plaintiff was subject to sexual contact by the Defendants at parties in New York City during the summer of 1994,” one of the witnesses said in a declaration.

The complaint alleges that Epstein picked up teenage girls, one of whom was “Jane Doe” as well as other witnesses who claim they saw both Trump and Epstein rape her repeatedly.

Trump has repeatedly denied the allegations claiming through his lawyer Alan Garten that they are a publicity stunt, who are also claiming the filing is frivolous.

Federal Judge Abrams, sister of LawNewz publisher Dan Abrams has set the status hearing for December 16 in New York.
