As smaller businesses in Auckland and elsewhere struggle to emerge from the COVID lockdowns, an innovative design studio has come up with an easy-to-use tool to help get customers in their doors.
An attractive ‘We’re Vaccinated’ sticker placed on the shop window lets customers know they are entering a shop where all employees are double-jabbed with the Covid vaccine.
The design idea is already catching on with a steady and growing stream of businesses ordering the stickers.
Designed by a small design studio that works for businesses, film companies, law firms and others, Studio Frank art director Charlotte Mundell said the idea had come from the studio’s own lockdown when clients and others were clearly worried about ensuring their businesses would have access to every tool available to get themselves back on their feet.
“It has been great talking to shops and other businesses about helping them by placing these stickers on their windows and telling customers about their safe shops,” Ms Mundell said.
The Studio Frank team had worked on the idea and tested colour combinations and designs to make it as attractive and clear for everyone as possible.
The results indicate they are receiving a warm welcome from the business owners now seeking to get their own businesses back on their feet.
