Shanghai
An internationally trained private equity lawyer for the Shanghai office with 1-3 years practice experience from leading international firms in China or overseas. Senior internationally trained corporate/M&A lawyer, qualified in a commonwealth jurisdiction or in the US, with a minimum of 6 years practice experience from leading international firms. Chinese language skills are required (oral level of conversational business Mandarin is a minimum). Junior/Mid-level internationally trained corporate/M&A lawyer, qualified in a commonwealth jurisdiction or in the US, with between 2-5 years practice experience from leading international firms. Chinese language skills are required (oral level of conversational business Mandarin is a minimum).
Beijing
Senior internationally trained corporate/M&A/private equity lawyer, qualified in a commonwealth jurisdiction or in the US, with a minimum of 6 years practice experience from leading international firms. Chinese language skills are required (oral level of conversational business Mandarin is a minimum). Mid-level internationally trained corporate/M&A/private equity lawyer, qualified in a commonwealth jurisdiction or in the US, with between 2-4 years practice experience from leading international firms.
