LAWFUEL – The Legal Newswire – Broadcaster Paul Holme’s daughter has been bailed on drugs and receiving charges in the Auckland District Court.
Nineteen-year-old Millie Elder faces seven drugs charges including possession of methamphetamine or “P”, possession of a P pipe, possession of a cannabis bong, possession of a cannabis plant and allowing her flat to be used for the possession of methamphetamine. She also faces two charges of receiving stolen goods including a plasma television valued at $18,500 and $15,000 of clothing from Auckland department store Smith and Caugheys.
Elder will reappear in court on July 9.
“We are devastated by this of course. If Milly has broken the law, she must pay the consequences. We love Milly very much and our whole family, the whole family, is working together to offer her our support,” Paul Holmes said.
