The firm currently has a roster of Chinese clients in such industries as telecommunications, software, electronics, appliances, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, financial services and entertainment. It has helped Chinese companies raise capital in the United States and many of its American clients do business in China. Fu & Tong ( www.ghlawyer.net ) is a leading Chinese law firm, with offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Zhuhai, and an associate office in Hong Kong. The firms will develop joint marketing efforts and, with the approval of their respective clients, provide support to each other in their respective legal representations or undertake joint representation.
