Rennock recently joined the New York office as a partner in the firm’s corporate department. Rennock focuses his practice on corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital. He represents public and private companies in a wide variety of industries.

Rennock has represented companies in industries such as telecommunications, wireless communications, electronic data transmission and fiber optic cable, retail, health care, banking and energy. He regularly counsels corporate clients with respect to corporate and securities law matters. He has worked on public and private equity offerings, convertible and high-yield debt financings, and Rule 144A offerings as well as various financing transactions in Latin America.
Rennock is a member of the Committee to Enhance Diversity in the Profession of the Bar of the City of New York. He earned a juris doctor from Duke University Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.
