The 1990 graduate of the Northwestern University School of Law has been a Senior Attorney in the Commercial Litigation Department of Sprint Communications Company L.P. for the past eight and one-half years, supervising commercial litigation matters for several Sprint business units, and coordinating nationwide litigation under the federal Telecommunications Act of 1996 for Sprint PCS site development. Mr. Weingard has also practiced in Sprint's State External Affairs Department, litigating administrative actions before various state regulatory commissions and related appeals. Mr. Weingard's experience includes complex commercial litigation, special expertise in unfair competition, antitrust law, deceptive trade practices, and telecommunications law. Mr. Weingard was formerly a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Harry D.
