A member of the firm’s Business Section, Joseph Fletcher has 15 years of tax experience and advises on all aspects of corporate and partnership taxation and significant international tax issues. He received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1986, his J.D. in 1990 from the University of San Diego Law School, and his LL.M from Georgetown University in 1993.
