None of this is surprising. I was at K&L with Pierce. He’s a low life. They kept it hush but the rumor was got dismissed for punching another partner. One of the worst individuals I’ve come across.
This does not surprise me. That’s all they had on him was sexual misconduct and violating their administrative leave policy. This is laughable!!! This is a rerun of power and privilege, where the actors are different with the same goal!!! He exposed them for what they were. Who would risk everything to fight them and make this up? It’s not about money, it’s about truth and justice.
Wow. I just read the other LawFuel article. How does this guy John Pierce still have a license to practice law? How does he have control of his firm? It sounds like he has severe issues that warrant immediate intervention.
