Infrastructure, Construction and Environmental specialist, Sheena Brand has joined Holman Fenwick & Willan (HFW) as a Partner in Hong Kong. In addition to transactional project work, Sheena advises on litigation and arbitration matters and is an accredited mediator.

Sheena’s career started in Scotland. She moved to Hong Kong in 1980 and was first promoted to Partner in 1985 with McKenna & Co. In 1995, Sheena became a partner of Denton Hall, (subsequently Denton Wilde Sapte).

Sheena has worked on a number of landmark projects in Hong Kong including the Lok Ma Chau Spur Line, part of the East Rail Extensions, Chek Lap Kok Airport, the Extension to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Western Harbour Crossing and Pacific Place. She also has extensive experience of advising on litigation and arbitration matters in the commercial and construction fields and on environmental matters including advising the Kowloon Canton Railway Corporation on the first environmental impact assessment appeal in Hong Kong.

Sheena’s arrival at HFW substantially strengthens the firm’s Asia Pacific capability in the Infrastructure, Construction and Environmental and complements the existing skill base.
