The producers of “Judge Judy”, the top-rated daytime TV show, have filed a lawsuit against those who have posted episodes of her show on YouTube.

The owners of Big Ticket Television have aimed the Judge Judy lawsuit at Ignacio De Los Angeles, who posted an episode from the 2006 season on YouTube and refused their request to take it down.
News of the lawsuit appeared on the TMZ website. “Judge Judy” has been a longtime daytime TV hit but has further increased ratings with the retirement of Oprah Winfrey.
