LAWFUEL – Paris Hilton Court Case – Socialite, sometimes singer Paris Hilton was placed on 36 months probation and ordered to pay fines after pleading no contest Monday to alcohol-related reckless driving together with a $1,150 fine.
Hilton was 0.08% over the limit when she was stopped last September. The charge had earlier been changed from ‘driving under the influence of alcohol’ to ‘alcohol related reckless driving’
The plea was entered by her attorneys Howard Weitzman and Shawn Chapman Holley, the city attorney’s office said.
