This finance house provides products to assist with the funding of litigation cases and have a client base that consists of Solicitors, Accountants and Financial Planners. They’ve just moved to new offices in the CBD and are looking for a Business Performance Manager to join their small but lively team.
You’d take on an existing client base – maintaining relations with them and ensuring they’re up to date on the company’s products. You’d also work with the Sales Director to put together strategies to promote the organisation and to win new clients. You’d attend events, network with potential clients and be part of a team focused on increasing the organisation’s client base and profile.
This is a small but dynamic environment and they’re keen to look at training a legal secretary into the role. They need someone who has excellent organisational skills, a professional and confident personality and a drive to succeed and know that legal secretaries with such skills will also have the added bonus of understanding lawyers and being able to communicate with them in their own language. We’re therefore keen to receive applications from people who’ve spent 4+ years in admin / secretarial style roles in a legal environment and are keen to try something new.
