LAWFUEL – Legal News Network – The real estate practice of international law firm Clifford Chance in Amsterdam welcomes two ambitious new members to the team.

Cynthia and Helena bring knowledge and experience to the table that will further strengthen our practice.”
Cynthia de Witt Wijnen – Guman (36) will join Clifford Chance as kandidaat notaris. Cynthia worked for De Brauw in Amsterdam and New York, in their real estate and finance practice respectively. She taught real estate law at the University of Utrecht and has worked in the real estate practice of Houthoff Buruma from 2003, where she focussed primarily on acquisitions. Cynthia graduated in notarial law at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam (the Netherlands) in 1992.
Helena Koops (31) graduated from Leiden (the Netherlands) and studied at the Humboldt University in Berlin (Germany). Following graduation in 2002, she started her career as a litigation lawyer in the real estate practice of Boekel De Neree with a strong focus on real estate transactions and professional liability.
At Clifford Chance, Helena will further specialise in multi jurisdictional real estate transaction work.
