Simmons & Simmons has recruited Ed Baker as a corporate partner to the firm’s London office. Ed joins from the London office of Ashurst Morris Crisp.
Ed has experience in a wide range of corporate work, which includes private and public cross-border M&A and equity corporate finance, as well as general corporate advisory work. Seconded for two years to the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers, Ed has advised an impressive range of corporates and investment banks.
