Miramar Motorcycle Accident Claims Life of Young Marine

It has been reported by a former U.S. Marine California motorcycle accident lawyer that a weekend motorcycle accident took the life of a Marine the vicinity of Magee Road located on the Pala Indian Reservation.

According to the California Highway Patrol the Marine was returning from a trip to Palomar Mountain at approximately 12:50 p.m. on Highway 76 on a motorcycle. He attempted to pass slower traffic according to reports when he lost control of the bike.

According to the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office after losing control of the motorcycle the bike hit a tree on the north side of Highway 76.

The Marine’s identity has not been released pending notification of his next of kin, it has been released that he was currently stationed at Marine Air Corps Station Miramar.
