Reddin comes to Winstead from Godwin Pappas Ronquillo LLP, where he chaired that firm’s Labor and Employment section. His practice focuses on commercial and employment litigation, counseling and representing corporate clients in a broad range of complex business disputes including claims for breach of contract and business tort claims.
Additionally, Reddin has significant litigation and compliance experience in employment-related statutory and regulatory areas including those that involve the Equal Employment Opportunity Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, OSHA, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act and others. He also regularly provides risk-management counseling and litigation-avoidance training to employers in the areas of hiring, termination, anti-kickback regulations and effective workforce communications, among others.
Reddin is board certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is Martindale-Hubbell® AV rated and has been designated a “Super Lawyer” by the editors of Texas Monthly magazine. He received his J.D. from the Marquette University School of Law.
