Asia (LAWFUEL) – DLA Piper has advised China International Marine Containers Co Ltd (CIMC) on the purchase of 60 percent of the shares of Luxembourg-based TGE Gas Investment SA (TGE SA). The transaction gives CIMC access to TGE Gas Engineering GmbH (TGE GAS), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of TGE SA.
CIMC with its head office in Shenzhen (China) is a manufacturer of containers, tank equipment, trailers as well as mechanical equipment for airports.
Bonn (Germany) based TGE GAS is one of the world’s leading constructors of storage plants for liquefied gases.
DLA Piper advised throughout the entire acquisition process, the tasks included the preparation and performance of a due diligence, the drafting of the contracts and legal advice in all matters relating to upcoming restructuring measures.
