recognize the appointment of its partner Edward J. Waitzer as the inaugural holder of the Jarislowsky Dimma Mooney Chair in Corporate Governance at the Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business of York University in Toronto. The three-year appointment, which takes effect on January 1, 2008, is a tribute to Mr. Waitzer’s reputation as one of Canada’s leading lawyers and recognizes his particular expertise as an advisor to boards of directors in complex situations.
