He regularly represents clients in matters involving the Food and Drug Administration, Federal Trade Commission, and Consumer Product Safety Commission, as well as in proceedings before the National Advertising Division and the Electronic Retailing Self-Regulation Program.

A frequent speaker and a prolific writer on regulatory issues, Mr. Wasserman is a member of the Electronic Retailing Association, the Food and Drug Law Institute, and the International Consumer Product Health and Safety Organization. In addition, he was selected as one of The Best Lawyers in America for 2007 by America Lawyer Media. Mr. Wasserman holds a B.A. from Vassar College and a J.D. from George Washington University.

Ms. Campbell, who was chair of the Consumer Product Safety practice group at Kelley Drye Collier Shannon, specializes in consumer product safety counseling and represents major manufacturers and retailers in investigation, enforcement and penalty proceedings before the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Ms. Campbell advises clients on potential reporting requirements, product recalls and Freedom of Information Act requests. She is a member of the advisory board for BNA’s Product Safety and Liability Reporter. Also a litigation specialist, Ms. Campbell has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation, including defamation and Lanham Act matters. Ms. Campbell holds a B.A. from George Mason University and a J.D., cum laude, from American University.
