New York, NY, June 25, 2007 – LAWFUEL – The Law Firm Newswire – Baker & McKenzie LLP further strengthened its Banking, Finance and Major Projects practice in New York with the addition of Ata Dinlenc as Partner. Dinlenc joins the Firm from Bingham McCutchen, where he was counsel.

Ata Dinlenc represents developers, investors, and financial institutions in international and domestic energy and other infrastructure project development, financings and workouts. His experience includes the negotiation and drafting of turnkey construction, fuel supply, power sales and operations contracts, and related natural gas and energy hedging and trading arrangements. Mr. Dinlenc also has significant experience in joint-ventures, mergers, and acquisitions involving energy-related companies and projects. Mr. Dinlenc has recently been involved in the debt and tax equity financing of numerous wind-energy projects.

Mr. Dinlenc received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1997 and his B.A. from Johns Hopkins University in 1993. Dinlenc is fluent in Turkish.
