Screaming LawyerAuckland criminal lawyer Chris Comeskey is facing a strike out from the nz law Society after pleading guilty to three counts of misconduct before the NZ Law Society disciplinary hearing today. This afternoon he pleaded guilty to one charge of failing to act appropriately for a client, one charge of misleading the Court of Appeal and one charge of submitting a false invoice to legal aid. Law Society prosecutor John Billington, QC, said the society was asking for Comeskey to be struck off.
