His client base covers a broad range of industries, including energy, insurance, financial services and transportation. While his primary practice focuses on structured finance, Morgan has a strong background in leasing, lending, private equity and fund formation involving a variety of assets, such as lease and loan receivables and transportation equipment. He has advised numerous parties, including insurers, underwriters, investors, issuers and liquidity banks, in public and private securitizations, lease arrangements, senior secured transactions, second-lien financings, mezzanine financings and high-yield debt issuances.
